Two large, furnished living rooms, a full bath up and downstairs and a powder room on the main floor mean there is plenty of space for everyone.
A cozy gas fireplace in each living room takes the bite out of winter providing a warm atmosphere for studying and a focal point for social gatherings. With the smart home thermostat, you can easily stay cozy without overheating, and you never have to remember to turn it off when you leave.
Each living room features a 50" Smart TV with built-in apps for Netflix, YouTube, and other popular streaming services. Each bedroom is equipped with its own thermostat so you can control your comfort, and talking NEST Protect Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors ensure maximum safety without low battery beeps or mystery alarms.
Your laundry room is always open and you can count on your clothes still being there when the machine is done. We placed the machines on a concrete floor, so the whole house doesn't have to feel the spin cycle.
Our professional maintenance team takes care of the details to provide you with worry-free living. We cut the lawn and plow the driveway so you can focus on what matters to you. If something breaks, contact us and we will fix or replace it as soon as possible.
